Default & Withdrawal

Once the schedules are set, it is very difficult to change them to accommodate teams that withdraw or default.  Your opponents are geared up for their events, facilities are booked, officials and volunteers are waiting.  Please make every effort to be at the events in which your team signed up to participate.  The deadline for withdrawing from events without penalty is September 15.  After September 15, four (4) points will be deducted from your company’s overall score if your team withdraws or defaults (does not show up).
