Footballs

Teams will consist of four (4) members – two (2) men and two (2) women.
Men will use a Wilson F1795 official size football. A Wilson F1300 TDY youth size football will be available for women to make their throws. Women will have a choice of either ball.
This event is structured to measure both distance and accuracy of each ball thrown.
Participants will be allowed three (3) throws, all taken consecutively.
Participants will throw the football down a marked centerline as far as they can. The distance from the line (right or left) will be deducted from the distance of the throw downfield.
Total combined distance from all twelve throws will determine the winner.
In the event of a tie, the team with the longest single throw will be declared the winner. If still tied, the team with the second longest single throw will be declared the winner, etc.
