Tent Information

For companies other than Title, Presenting, Gold, Silver, & Bronze Sponsors that are interested in reserving tent space at Wichita Collegiate School during Corporate Challenge, YOU MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN THE TENT ORDER FORM WITH PAYMENT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY AUGUST 25.  The location of your tent at the event will be determined based on the receipt of order.  All tents must be reserved through the Corporate Challenge Games Office.  Please note tent space is limited.

  • Reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis
  • Tent location diagrams will be in the Games Book
  • NO HEAT SOURCE – THIS MEANS NO BARBEQUES OR CANDLES
  • Only tents provided by Action Tents & Promotions will be allowed on the WCS campus

1 – 10 x 15 Frame Tent
2 – 8’ Tables
16 – Folding Chairs

PACKAGE B: $350.00*
  1 – 20 x 20 Frame Tent
3 – 8’ Tables
24 – Folding Chairs

* Price includes delivery, set-up and teardown.
